Noa Lane Mineral Nails ships from Australia using Australia Post arriving within 7 Days. We also take International Orders to wherever you are.

Australian deliveries carry a Tracking number. Unfortunately it is hard to track International parcels, but a tracking number is provided. We are working on offering US dispatches. Please contact us if you have any special requirements.

We ensure the safety of delivery by our unique bespoke packaging. We endeavour to make sure there is lack of movement and no bottles are touching each other. If the item received has been damaged in any way in transit please do contact us with photos and we can respond appropriately.





Shades in photos on the website may differ slightly in the bottle, so please do choose carefully. Sales of cosmetics are final and due to hygiene we cannot accept any product that has been opened and used. We cannot except returns and refunds for change of mind.


If for any reason the product received is faulty or the wrong item has been received, then please do contact us and we are happy to make amends via refund or replacement.


In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition and unused, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please send your returned goods enclosing your name, address, order number and reason for return/exchange to:
